Shawn Goldstein has 14 years of project management experience. Her background includes interior design, retail, property management and construction management. Shawn is currently working on both commercial and residential projects throughout the District. While at The National Press Building, she managed the Shops at the National Press; participating in lease negotiations, lease administration and construction coordination. Recent relevant experience includes: project management for District of Columbia Façade Improvement Programs, specifically Georgia Avenue and Anacostia to date; National Partnership of Women ( 15,000 SF); Vivendi Universal Government Relations office (5040 SF); All Steel Showroom (10,000). She is an active member of the District of Colombia Building Industry Association, a founding member of the DCBIA Retail Development Committee. In addition has served on The Board of Governors of the Washington Building Congress and The F Street Task Force-Downtown DC BID and is currently on the Mayors Retail Task Force.

Carl Nasr’s 13 years in the real estate industry have included experience in commercial, hotel, and residential development and management. He assisted in the development and opening of Chevy Chase Pavilion, while at the Donohoe Companies. From there he managed the complete renovation of the Hampton Inn, Frederick MD. The scope included the complete refurbishment of all guest rooms and suites as well as public areas. Most recently, at the National Press Building, he directed the implementation of a varied capital improvement programs including major office and retail build-outs, lobby renovation, roof replacement, hallway redecoration and bathroom upgrades. He also oversaw complex financing issues regarding the building's ownership as well as the preparation of budget projections relating to the building.

Rajiv Shah’s 10 years experience in real estate includes the construction of both commercial and residential projects. His career started with the development, construction and sales of a large residential subdivision. Later at the National Press Building, he managed the tenant improvements for the some 60 average transactions that occurred annually. He has a strong background in project estimating, sub contractor selections and project management. Over the past several years, he has managed in excess of $7 million of construction; several of them were occupied and required complex phasing requirements. He is an active member of the DC Building Industry Association’s Commercial Construction Group.
